"Sweet, yeah sign us up!
Five ensuites, off-street parking (gold dust in Cathays), and a detached house so some budding music students could make as much noise possible?
It sounded like the perfect student pad. But Seb & Rob came home after lectures one day to find their housemates holding the ceiling up with a mop and bucket.
The kitchen flooded.
Finding the perfect student house wasn't as easy as first thought.
What happened to all of Seb and Rob’s course mates that had amazing houses with attentive landlords? To start with, it seemed to just be an urban legend - a myth.
Seb & Rob decided to start moove, to make sure fellow Cardiff students wouldn’t have to go through the same housing perils that they had.
Turns out, a lot of students felt similarly passionate about where they lived.
Along the way Seb & Rob collected a tonne of information and reviews on individual properties. Two thirds of students gave their digs a 4 out of 5 or rating or higher. Surprised? We were too…
