Best thing was the garden after we spent ages turning it from a skip to a liveable area. Worst thing is hard to choose between so many issues. Rats and slugs in the house, maggots in the fridge, mould on every wall. The worst thing about the house was the negligent landlord who tried claiming hundreds of pounds worth of questionable charges. We also had construction throughout the tenancy, extractor fans which had no external vent and just blew the air back into the room and multiple infestations.

Have to share with the rats but we love it.
