It's a big house great for all 9 of us and all the rooms are good sizes! We originally dealt with CPS and had quite a few issues moving in (broken beds, chairs, curtain poles etc), but we met our landlords a few days later and now deal with them directly and they're lovely and so helpful! We are right by the SU and so close to town too. The best thing is our open plan living room and kitchen, it's very sociable. And the worst thing is not having a downstairs toilet :(

Lived there for two years, honestly was a really great sized house for 9 (there are 8 decent rooms and one box room). The kitchen and living space were so great for socialising. Back garden is okay... the house was great for parties, the best bit is that if you live on the top floor you only share that toilet with two other people! CPS were a nightmare and we got charged for a tonne of stupid stuff after we moved out. Landlord also wasn't amazing and would tell us they'd fix stuff then not.

Difficult to get into contact with for any issues/ fixes. Often would show up at the house for viewings without warning, had to threaten them to take legal action so they would give us warning when coming over with potential tenants. Charges us for random things after we moved our (some legit some not).
