Nice house but landlords don’t provide anything they’ve promised. Had rats and no freezer. When things broke they weren’t replaced. Very difficult to get in contact with the maintenance team.

Nice house but awful landlords.

We have a nice looking house but it has many problems and the landlord calls us “unprofessional “ for reporting these problem. We’ve been in the house 3 weeks still don’t have a freezer, been electrocuted by the hob, no heating for a week, rat in the house , 2 blocked toilets - one was already blocked! No washing machine, not enough seats and more! Overall , the house size and aesthetic is nice but the landlords are aweful at sorting issues and blame it on the tenants!
