My Cardiff housing experience has certainly been interesting. We have been with multiple land lords and companies, our best experience being with 2let2. We went with the Students Union this year and strangely was incredibly disappointing. They simply just gave us to a random letting agent after saying that we would be under their company. It left us with a letting company that we hadn't researched and was not the best. The best thing about our house was that it had a big open kitchen and made it so easy for all of us to cook. The worst thing was that it was a very big old house so it very hard to heat up so was very cold and led to mould issues.
