Was sold the house through the agency but ended up with private landlord. CSL have not listened to any of our problems. The house has painted over black mould that comes through the walls whether or not you use a dehumidifier. The positive is that its outside wall means no noise both sides but the wall in the living room (not really a living room more like a space with a table in) is paper thin. There are many things I’d love to say but I’m scared of the consequences, I think that should tell you what you need to know.

Helpful at finding us a house at first and then they couldn’t care less. At one point we got missold another house and were left in a horrible, horrible position.
